Generally a big fan of Bell Bank and this app! However, my main reason for using the app is to deposit checks. Recently, when I get to the step of accepting the photo of the rear side of the check, it logs me out! Previously when this happened I logged in, repeated the process and it succeeded, but today I'm on the third loop of almost completing the process when I get logged out. Absolutely infuriating.

Update seems to have some issues. App will force shut down. 3/6 tried If you can get login, took 40-60 seconds after the loading bar is full to login. Balances do not load on account screen. When trying to open accounts to look at transaction and get a possible balance it never loads. Guessing just a hiccup in new update. Normally great app.

Desperately needs a designer. Look no further than the screenshots, if you've ever wondered what an app with two main menus looked like, this is it! I've tried using this app, and still want a Bell bank app. This one is useless. It takes about 5 minutes to log in on a good day. When you don't have to create a new password...again. Then you've to dig through 2 menus to find the 3 things you might possibly be needing in a mobile app. Because the design investment is not present, not thoughtful.

Hi, we are always looking to improve the experience for our users, and really appreciate the feedback. We do recommend using the primary Menu on the left side as the More button is related to quick options you may use frequently. It is used more in the Desktop version of online banking, but available in mobile too for those that like it.
