It was a bad app, then updated to a functioning app with some annoying glitches, which was a major improvement. Now it is back to being almost unusable. It takes forever to sign in due to glitches, constantly makes me re-sign in mid session, and fingerprint scanner is garbage. Shows the incorrect balance constantly, making it seem I have more money than I do. Quick view doesn't work, and even when signed in it shows me accounts that aren't even open anymore. Have already re-download repeatedly

Still issues logging in early in the morning. Does it just stop working overnight? I don't understand and it's frustrating. Won't work on my phone or laptop. With all the updates that get done, it seems a little ridiculous. Try to log in early in the morning and it hardly works. Since the last update, I cannot see quick balances even though I had gone through the settings to enable it. It wasn't great before the update and now it's even worse.

Well why have biometric if i still have to put in my password. Almost as if the built this to intentionally have issues Another edit. Set quick view 10x to not work. App is trash. Biometrics seems to work now. But this app is definitely not user friendly. Edit June 9 2024 won't show balances meaning I need to waste time and log into my account to see what's going on. This app this financial institution have gone down hill. Both would get 0 and I'd leave but I am to lazy to do the work required.
