Since you're unable to purchase what seems to be any passes thru the app, the app itself pretty much serves no purpose. I believe the bus service as a whole could do great if they simply had an overhaul improvement on they're computer based systems that customers have to utilize, sometimes on a daily basis. To end on a positive, all customer service reps and drivers are pleasant and helpful to interact with.

Update: This app is still broken, though considering no one has responded to my review I should have expected that. App crashes whenever I go to check out or plan a trip, which is a real shame considering I've seen other people use the app without a problem. Several riders share my struggle, as you have to go out of your way most of the time to get a physical pass. Guess I'll be paying $6 for three bus rides and riding for 2 hours to go to the office again, something I shouldn't have to do!

Doesn't allow you to purchase day pass sometimes and bus drivers do not carry paper pass so no phone, no Internet, no pass sad if your down on hard times sheesh $2 one way no matter what
