Always seem to get the day before's edition. I either have to refresh or delete the addition and sometimes restart my phone, whichever one works is your guess is as good as mine. It is very frustrating and sometimes I am out reading it at 4:30 in the morning. But if you've updated it and taken care of the problem I trust you and will dry your app in the morning and see how it works. Thank you for listening and trying and that's all I can ask of anybody. I appreciate you and all of your staff.

Got a canned reply from TBT. Evidently the only way I can log in is to go to the TBT website and choose "e-news paper" from the menu. That works with the sign on credentials that are shown as "invalid" in the app. I've had no access to the app for about a month. I guess at this point I'll just give up on the app. It seems to be extraneous and buggy.

The new app is far inferior to the old app. The new version freezes nearly every time I try to use it, or goes to a blank screen from which it never recovers. In fact, the new app is so bad that I won't be renewing my Times subscription this month (even though I like the news content) because the app has made it impossible for me to read the paper on my mobile devices. An updated version of this app is needed ASAP.
