The reward system has been changed to be more greedy and give you fewer options than the one before,absolutely ridiculous amount of stars for chips and tea,and the main reason we use the stars aka HANDMADE COFFEE has reached astronomical Amounts.

A very bad experience unfortunately, often times points don't do not count even though you scanned your code. And god forbid that happens because no one is helping you, not through their customer service phone center or email. The need to seriously address this issue and how they handle it.

Terrible customer care service. I once ordered a drink and the manager forgot to give me the Invoice receipt for the rewards points and when i contact them they refuse to add them to my account because i don't have the Invoice receipt.
