hopeless. supposed to be able to open new account via the app but can't get through the very first step of scanning identification document at all.

ID Scanning and Selfie Process wont work and keeps putting you back to the starting screen, Fix it

The great thing from Philip is keeping improvement. The new version has better interface and process is more smooth. For me, there is a suggestion. If possible, please make app available for multiple devices (I know that security is first to concern, so just "If").
