Worst app ever....i pinned my drop location and after sometime when i reopened this application it was frking hanged!!i installed in another device...where it was operating smoothly....i book my ride nd the driver told i wont be able to drop you...as he had to go somewhere else!..i booked min. 7 to 10 rides....and the drivers gave only excuses!! some of them just didn'tpick up the calls!!..its just frustrating!!! Worst app ever...its for the 3 rd time i m facing problem with this application..

Worst experience!!!!!! Drivers accept the ride but never show up and then call up to say to cancel the ride!! So not only do I have no ride but I'm left with a cancellation fee for no reason of my own. Also there is no place to register a complaint for such drivers!!

Using coupon is useless, the fare after applying coupon is same as the actual fare. So giving Discount/cashback coupon is useless. Driver seek extra money. The app is also very slow in loading. Poor navigation.
