I like the app overall for what I need it for but lately biometrics login has been buggy. It always asks me to enroll when I'm already enrolled. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and checked settings, etc. I have no issue with this feature with my other apps. Also, I wish they still had the feature to turn the card on and off.

New online design is absolutely horrible. Whoever approved the design must not use online banking themselves. Important information is given very limited screen space. Also things like transaction history are now on multiple pages instead of one that you can easily scroll down and scan. Very bad design, I expect better from a bank. The old design was much more user friendly and I really wish I could go back to that design. I don't even want to log into my online banking now because it is so bad. It wouldn't be so bad if it was customizable where we could close useless panels and give the panels important to us more screen space, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Completely worthless!!! I can't believe AllSouth spent so much time promoting how mobile banking was going to be a better experience with this new app, but clearly didn't take the time to verify operations before going live. I can't even log in from my phone. I enter the username and password and the screen loops back to empty fields. I have uninstalled and re-installed more times than I care to count hoping that the issues had been resolved. No such luck even 2 weeks later. What a joke!
