CIBC is still 3 years behind the other banks. This new app doesn't even put thousand separators in the numbers. When looking at transaction details it only show generic categories like 'preauthorized withdrawal'. You have to click on the entry for it to show the vendor name. This means I can't scroll through to see my last payment to a specific company. I have to click on every withdrawal to find it. Very inefficient. Bottom line is that if you are a CIBC customer, you are stuck with this

worst app to date. not sure what the hype was about the new app its ridiculous and faulty. does not work at all have to install and unstall repeatedly just to use it. even then it does not recognize username even though its the correct one. It recognizes after 5th attempt and thats if you dont het the network error message first what a waste of time

The app works now. It's a bit better than the older version in that it displays more details about account information. Still can't do much without calling customer service regarding what to do once my CD accounts are at maturity.
