I did not purchase the subscription. I tried to cancel immediately after doing a free trial and there's no way to and then 2 Days later my card was charged for 63 dollars I've emailed and called the number they provide I didn't get any help. I think this is a scam and really wish I could refund on what was taken out. I am having the hardest time in my life. Just lost my home to a buyer. I need all the funds I can keep not be scammed. Weird thing is it's reported on my statement as Google FB

4.99 a week is a.bit much. so please don't charge my card and refund anything you may have charged.

wildly inaccurate, gets confused when you add items to the image for scale, can only weigh one object per image. when i had multiple items and further asked it to identify their weight, it told me it could not do that based on the image alone. that's the whole point of the app????
