The service is nice, but the app is extremely poor. My profile has been completed long ago, but it still asks me to upload a profile photo. The app is so slow, the deals wouldn't load (I have a perfect connection). Every time you open a deal and then go back to the main list, you have to scroll all the way down to where you were. At the moment it's just way easier to use the website rather than the app. Please make sure to optimise the app before you start working on cool and fancy features.

App keeps crashing. Cannot navigate using the back keys on mobile device have too keep closing the entire app to view a different page. Not user friendly at all. Now, for the past week, the app says it has been downloading and installing updates. Tried deleting and reinstalling but says the same thing. We're paying a membership fee but can't access what we're paying for! Please sort this out!

Hi Cheslin! Thanks for the review. We're aware of some users getting stuck with the update screen and we're busy investigating why this might happen on some devices. The other issues are strange (not seen on our end) but we'll look into this too. The good news is there's no need to miss out - sign in on our site and use your deals there! :) VV Team

The app is terribly slow to load any content if you're not an a very fast WiFi connection. It's so bad that I'm put off from even trying to use the coupons when I'm out. The navigation within the app is also not working, for instance the back button on my phone doesn't generate action in the app. I have to physically tap the back arrow that the app provides. I'm sure the deals are good but these issues are barriers to actually making use of them.

Hi Dean! We're sorry to hear your app experience is not up to scratch. We're busy rolling out new updates but in the meantime, have you checked that your location settings are on for VV?
