I am a premium member. I Kept my vehicle to a transpoter listed in Black buck app. Unloading is done. Since 1 month he's not responding. Blocked all our numbers. Raised a complaint in the app. These black buck people are too irresponsible than that transporter. Worst service. Don't take any premium service in black buck. It's waste of time and money. Try to get loads through reference only. It's faar better. I lost around 50K only due to black buck.

I was having problems with the Blackbuck GPS app not providing accurate locations in jungle area. I contacted customer service and they provided a few troubleshooting steps. The issue was resolved quickly and I was back on the road on time.

Very Bad service. Auto recharge plus is activated but the vehicle has been stopped at toll plaza. What is the benefits of auto recharge plus. Worth service very bad service.
