About this app

If you come across damage or deficiencies on roads or in parks in Norddjurs Municipality, you can tip the municipality about them. These can be conditions such as holes in the road, graffiti, problems with street lighting, road signs or other problems.

How to do it: Select a category from the menus (e.g. road conditions, traffic, parking, etc.). Optionally, describe the problem in the text field and add pictures via the camera icon if desired. If necessary, adjust the position with "Select position". Press "Send" and add contact information if you wish, otherwise you will remain anonymous.

Norddjurs Municipality is in charge of the process and processes your tip after it has been sent.

Terms of use

When using Tip Norddjurs, you are responsible for complying with copyright laws, libel laws and other applicable laws when submitting your tips, including attached photo documentation.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the use of the app from your mobile device is in accordance with good practice for the use of SMS/MMS and is not offensive or defamatory.

You further agree that your tips are shared with the municipality to which your tip is sent.

If you choose to provide personal data and send this with your tip, you accept that this data is stored by Soft Design A/S and shared with the municipality to which your tip is sent.

Soft Design A/S owns all rights to Tip Norddjurs and all tips including documentation e.g. pictures that are submitted.

Soft Design A/S is not responsible for errors and omissions in positioning with GPS coordinates, sending or receiving messages and data. Soft Design A/S cannot guarantee what will happen after the transfer of tips to Norddjurs Municipality.
