How does Via Grand Prairie work?
- Via Grand Prairie is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Ratings and reviews

They only allow you to book a ride if there are co riders traveling in same direction. If no one else going in same direction, they show a fake message "all seats full, service in high demand". I know this because the via car dropped me last so it was empty. The place was closed so I tried booking ride back home. It kept showing all seats full. Drivers app told him to simply wait there as there are no more riders to pick. After half hour and hundred tries it let me book when it found co riders.

The drivers are friendly but the App is trash always in high demand and the GPS takes us the long way passing our drop off location just to pick up other people, then at times drop them off first having me wait after being picked up first. Also say the driver is 5 mins away but really is 18 minutes away at times. This isn't good if you have to be somewhere at a certain time 30 wait plus pick ups 👎🏾.. Needs upgrades

I have got too much to say about my experience that 500 characters won't cover it, so I will keep it short: Negatives: 1. It's hard to book a ride, especially in the morning, It has taken me over an hour to get a ride. 2. Vehicles need TLC! No A/C working! Dirty vehicles on the inside, seatbelts dont work, and it smells bad inside the vehicle. 3. Drivers drive reckless 4. Drivers are rude 5. Bad locations to pick up and drop off 6. It takes too long to get to your destination.
