This is the most useless insurance app I have ever been subjected to. When attempting to voew what's covered by my plan, I receive an error msg, same happens when attempting to view my cards. Claims give zero details & offer no way to address incorrect information. There is no way at all to even contact the benefits provider whatsoever aside from a phone number which does not actually connect you to a human being.

App does not include any of the physicians from the facility I work at. The nearest options are 8-30 miles away when it should be zero. It takes nearly an hour to get through the phone system to verify if my local physicians are included at in network coverage.

Worst insurance I've ever had. Hands down. Limited coverage options. No one recognizes this insurance. Constant issues with medication coverage and other coverage options even when paying for the highest tier. It's ridiculous that Acension only provides an insurance they created rather than providing traditional options. I even have issues with coverage with Ascension affiliated Healthcare providers and hospitals. It's literally worth changing jobs just to avoid this insurance.
