Awful experience with the mobile app. Takes forever to load the cart. But the online transactions are smooth and the delivery is fast. Hope they update the app so that customers can have a smooth experience while searching for products. The website portal is great though.

Customer service awesome, application awesome, delivery awesome but I am just giving 2 stars cause it takes a while lot of time to load the searched items like more than 3 seconds and it just takes aways the patience to use the application

Not happy with your service!!!!!! Back then 5 month i ordered few products, You guys said one of the product is out of stock so we'll return your money, but when i received the orders you send me same amount of bill that i paid with one product less, and you add same amount of VAT that you suppose to return me !!!!! I mean i don't understand ???
