Absolute garbage of an app. Searching for a nearby provider is a horrible experience having to fill everything while it should be automated given that the user is logged in and the app already has all the details. Some of the provider names on the map are outdated.

The worst app and maintenance ever. For 4 weeks now i am getting the message that currently the app is under maintenance. I cant get to my account no matter what i try even after i called thei support. They seem they do not what they are doing. Even on the web access i am getting same message. Worst insurance ever. If there was 0 stars i would have given.

Horrible app. Takes 10 tries to sign in. Once you're finally signed in, it freezes when you're trying to submit a claim.Then when you try again, you have to enter ALL your details again (what's the point of registering then?). Log out and again, it's impossible to sign in again. Giving up on this waste of time.
