if you mess up the order, there is no way to contact customer service or get a refund. There is not even an option to cancel the order. A few weeks back, by mistake, I ordered at a wrong location(another city) , I didn't get the refund and i didn't even get the order. The restaurant said we can't do anything and in the app there is a email for customer service, I emailed them with all the details and still no reply after 4 weeks.

odering on Uber or other food delivery app is way better, atleast they tell accurate status of the order unlike the osmows app. I have been wating for almost 30 mins before the order was ready but app shows that the order was ready to be picked . Fix it please and add option to cancel the order as well thanks. After going through all this the chicken was burnt to crisp ! never going back to .

Placed a mobile order, paid on the app, and when I got to the restaurant was told the app wasn't working properly and they couldn't fulfill my order. They said to get a refund I had to reach out to customer service, so I emailed customer service with proof of purchase and never heard back from anyone.
