Ratings and reviews

So far great app except for 1 hiccup which is partially my fault, but I signed up for the $6.99 monthly but decided to do the $12.99 and was looking to cancel the $6.99 but it wasn't showing and only the $12.99 was active but still was charged for both. so I'll have to contact them if charge isn't reversed. Other than that I love the app.

Update Evgo app doesn't allow you to stop the charge from your phone. The touch screen malfunctions at various locations causing me to have to wait up to a minute for it to stop. Both ChaDemos on the West side are infamous for having to call customer service to stop charging and they don't have emergency off buttons. Evgo chargers cost more up front than other stations and are slower. I often have to plug in and disconnect then try again because it couldn't connect the first time.

overall app works pretty great, usually can get a session started without too much challenge. the loss of 1 starts is that after multiple attempts over the past few months, I've never been able to enroll in the autocharge+ feature. it always gives me an "error occurred, please try again" dialog. I'll update this if I ever see it work.
