Ratings and reviews

To use the features of this app, other than the most rudimentary, you'll have to subscribe. It's an incredibly expensive subscription and it's pretty much blackmail, as you already bought their very expensive mattress and pod, so you'll probably want more than the absolute basic in the app. Truly appalling money grab. This app and all it's features should be free forever for the purchasers of their pod. Even if you resell it! To Eight Sleep: remove the subscription service now!!!

App is very difficult to navigate and find the settings. Temperature control is wonky and slow. They hide the feature toggle for autopilot, that you WILL inevitably want to disable. And whatever is done makes no difference anyways. The product quality is such that it's not if yours will leak but when... And it does not ever keep the right temperature. Thermal testing is what they call it... Means absolutely nothing. It's their term for "not their problem". Regardless this app is rudimentary.

Update 3/2/24 The app is working much better. Thank you and keep up the good work! As others have said, the app is unusable on Android. The Pod and iOS apps work great. When the new UI first rolled out, there was zero lag and it was very usable. Not sure what happened since, but it's been a terrible experience for quite a while now.
