I was having a issue with the mobile deposit. I talked to a representative who suggested I uninstall the app. and reinstall. Now I can't reinstall the app because it says my phone isn't compatible with the app. Now I do not have access to my accounts because they had no clue what they were talking about! The new version of their app. doesn't work for account holders that have older phones. So the E for everyone is not the case, NOT EVERYONE CAN USE IT IF THEY HAVE A OLDER PHONE!!! NOT PLEASED!!

latest update is terrible. I never had a problem scanning and depositing checks, now it's virtually impossible. constant errors saying the image is too light or something is missing when it clearly is not. something that was easy and seamless is now a huge frustration. what a waste of time to have to go to the branch to deposit a check.

They somehow managed to make the mobile deposit camera way, incredibly worse. I used to be able to capture images of checks easily. Now the contents of the images barely appear. Don't know what they did in their latest "update" but it's like they went back to the year 1860 with how these images are rendering in the app. Please fix.
