Ratings and reviews

The app works for me, but doesn't seem like much effort was out into ux. Requires location to be on to use so it can continously scan for more units instead of simply reconnecting to units you already connected. Hides navigation bar for no reason. Annoying to use quickly when you need it. Can't edit while the soother is active. A few hours of devtime would make this 5 stars.

If I could give this a 0 out of 5, I would. Absolutely abysmal app, and the fact that the soother requires you to use the app for full functionality is pathetic. The app is unbelievably bad; it's allegedly bluetooth compatible, but it never connects. I need this thing working as soon as possible to the setting I prefer as I get my child ready to sleep. With this, that is an impossibility. I'll be returning this and buying another brand's product tomorrow.

Doesn't work very well. Keeps discarding routines and routine settings. Asks for permissions it doesn't really need. definitely true that it deletes routines and duplicates the standard one with no way to get rid of the duplicates even after resetting the device and deleting data on the app, which is concerning. Honestly, they need to just give us the ability to delete the default routine entirely because it's super annoying. The device itself and the routines when they work are nice though.
