Honestly, the app is awesome and it keeps me organized and abreast of everything happening with my appointments, results and notifies me of any communication I have with nurses doctors or representatives. It has tons of features and the ability to 'see someone now' is pretty awesome. Plus it has MyChart integration so you don't have to install two apps or login to two services. You can even view and pay your bills, it makes everything really easy, which is extremely unique for health insurance

I love using My Chart! I can make appointments, cancel if needed and reschedule. My care team has been quick to respond to any questions I have. plus I can view results of my tests with any instructions that I may have to follow. I especially love this app. because I can view my schedule of upcoming appointments, which I am always doing, because sometimes I get confused or forget the dates and mix them up. this app. has been a Positive improvement and I will continue to use it. Thank You .

Useless for sending /downloading test results in a timely manner. I needed to send blood work to a pharmacist. The most recent blood work (10 months ago) appears for me to view, without even showing my own name (a problem in itself), but is NOT available for download, transfer, etc. Totally useless to me, as I needed to show my test results now...not days from now.
