The myQ smart access app allows you to seamlessly open, close and monitor your garage door, commercial door, or gate from ANYWHERE. The app supports myQ-enabled products from leading garage door manufacturers including Chamberlain and LiftMaster. myQ helps you keep your home or business safe and secure.

With the myQ Smart Garage Camera, you can keep an eye on your home’s busiest access point. myQ lets you know who’s coming and going, alerting you when someone is detected. Ratings and reviews

I like the ability to open and close the door remotely from my phone and also the notifications I get anytime the door is used. The notifications are sometimes slow coming through (although this might be more of a phone issue when the phone screen is locked.) The smart keypad is nice but I really hate having to remove the battery monthly to recharge. Very inconvenient. It also loses connectivity to my network even though my new router is literally 5 feet away on the other side of the wall.

This is by far the WORST software and App I have used. 1. It went "Offline" from time to time, with no change in router/password or anything. 2. Why would it ONLY connect to 2.4G while most routers are 5G? 3. Once offline, it's ridiculously difficult to reconnect. Most times it would take 30 minutes and 10 tries just to reconnect. If there's another App with the same functions I would throw this away.

It used to be great, but now I can't open the app, and it constantly tells me that it can't connect to the server 😡 Edit: 9/24/24: Had to completely disconnect myQ as it would randomly open my garage and would shut down the whole system. My garage is back to normal after unplugging the myQ. Used to be great. Now I wish I could give this negative stars.
