Based on our values ​​of transparency, empathy, collaboration and innovation, and following the idea that information empowers, at eātica, the clinic for overcoming Eating Disorders (ED), we put within reach of our patients and their families a solution that allows them to take _eātica treatments to another level.
With _eātica_community we seek:
Improve our therapeutic processes thanks to an additional online treatment specifically designed to complement the specific journey of each patient
Promote online therapy with those patients who cannot receive it in person through a private and secure channel for this purpose
Avoid the total disconnection of our patients with their schools, previous therapists and families, among others.
Our mobile application is very easy to use, intuitive, and has been designed for and by people with extensive experience in the field of EDs to complement and enrich the treatment and approach to this type of disorders using new technologies as allies, not enemies.
_eātica_community is also a private social network, a safe and trustworthy space in which to exchange concerns, fears, achievements, joys, learnings and reflections on the different steps of improvement. A space created specifically for patients, families and professionals to share private and group messages about their reality around EDs without having to exchange personal data, taking full advantage of the power of the _eātica community and its solidarity.
