The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

UI has improved. ILA has stopped crashing. App and services are working great as of now. I found the SBI card team to be very professional. Certain safety features are great in terms of preventing fraudulent usage. Happy with services. Just that, year by year the type of transactions which can give credit points keeps getting reduced. Dining and grocery discounts are almost absent. Lounge facilities are very common now. SBICard may need to step up their game. All the best.

There is no provision for keeping a new service request. Earlier it helped a lot. Always SBI CARDS customer support team will try to escape from customers in all ways. Because sbi cards customer care number never used to connect with their representative. Then I used to send my requests in app. And they used to respond or resolve the concerns as perbtheir time lines. Now that option is also removed.
