1)I think the problem with the apps was that they have to update the apps everytime for some changes regarding sale today and the future. Some stuff added maybe and more. 2)Their schedule for delivering is too early?What i am trying to say, Order today and deliver within 3 days. That way they will give them time to shop all the orders. Second,they should change the order now and deliver today to only up to 10 to 20 items. Easy pick easy deliver. A plan that might work. Or start shopping @ store

As an IT professional and Aling Puring member, I find the app challenging to use. The search function needs improvement, especially when looking for branches like Puregold in Sogod, Southern Leyte. The interface is not user-friendly, particularly for older members. The homepage is cluttered and confusing, making it harder for users to navigate. Simplifying the interface and search function would greatly improve the user experience.

I love doing my groceries through this app. Staff is very responsive and helpful. However, it doesn't send you a receipt to your email or registered phone number once payment has been made. I needed to screenshot the confirmation just to prove my transaction went through. The more I will give a perfect 5 if you can make you inventories current and available. I hope you can improve on these issues.
