always ask to change password then limited service which also not able to work like fund transfer not able to transfer via aap not a good application also when trying to customer care number automated voice from last 10 min saying one single line all callers are busy... seriously... very frustrated

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at [abhyudaya bank]. Despite being a prominent bank, the experience has been subpar. Net banking issues and inefficient customer support have made managing my savings account frustrating.

One of the worst bank and banking apps I have been using since last 2 years.Also always facing net banking issues and no customer support services.The bank should feel guilty by itself that they are providing services to customers.
