Tidy locked me out of my account saying I had two no shows when I only had two customers scheduled the first one I wasn't even late for and their system automatically locked me out. I couldn't even get the customers directions couldn't notify I was on my way. Their system has some kind of glitch somewhere causing the customer inconvenience and the pro losing pay for that day. I couldn't even get any immediate contact thru the tidy app.

You cannot change your hourly rate. Remember we are subcontractors not your employees. We should be able to change how much we want to charge per hour. They want to send you to clean for 1 hour for $37 but after taxes, supplies, gas, etc you are going for $10. Not worth it.

For new comers this app is not fair. As we are learning the app we come across unexpected unexplained charges. I was scheduled far & when I cancelled it charges me $10 but the system rescheduled me because I didn't change my schedule availability. It pays super low & not worth having the app. We are trying to make money but are being charged fees left & right. The "concierge" which is customer service help does not help at all. They keep emailing with neverending cirlcles of nothing.
