Good if you are going far away to start a job but the facial recognition is so temperamental. I have had multiple times where it says to re do it, then says it has been successful only to be contacted and say it hadn't worked. Please improve the facial recognition bit - I never have a problem at the automatic passport control gates so it isn't my face!

Awful. Apparently, this company is to assist with ID verification and to save time to upload for big companies. The software is buggy and can't even find a registered address. Troubleshooting is a merry-go-round, and the support is a chatbot voice-over. Big companies should be asking for a refund. Frauds.

There is clearly a fault with this app. It scanned my passport as part of a pre-employment check and said that my date of birth was the 01/07/2025 making me 3 weeks old! It also said that my passport expired in 2023 when it does not expire until 2028. This happened 3 times and each time I had to contact my employer for a new link as it had expired after the one use which pulled through incorrect information. I called support and got no help. Fix your app!
