Ratings and reviews

I bought round-trip bus tickets between two cities in Mexico. The app and the pdf of the tickets didn't list the correct address of the bus station. The app also had a map to the station which was inaccurate. Their customer service was pretty quick to refund us. I'd give the app another try when traveling in the US, but will be careful using it abroad.

I bought a refundable add on for my bus ticket. On the booking confirmation and the add on option it did not clearly say that the refund option was conditional. No one is willing to give me the refund I am kindly asking for. Update: I still have not received my refund, this company is by far the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to travel bookings. I would urge anyone reading this to stay far away from this scam of a company.

My Orleans Express bus never showed up, and I had to book a train ticket as an alternative. Busbud tried to contact Orleans Express to get me a refund, but they never responded. Nevertheless, Busbud finally (after 4 weeks) refunded me in full. I still think Orleans Express should reimburse me for my alternative transportation, but that's outside of Busbud's control.
