Permissions

In addition to basic permissions, the KFinKart-Investor app needs access to other functions on your device for it to support the above features -
• External Storage: To download various financial statements to your device memory for you to conveniently view it outside the app.
• Call log: To auto-dial the contact centre number on a single button click, to avail support to address your issues. We cannot read the existing call log
• Phone: This permission is required to uniquely identify the device to make your transactions secure.
• SMS: To auto-verify OTPs through standard android API to automate OTP entry only.

Ratings and reviews

This is by far the most disappointing application I’ve come across. Every time I try to log in, it keeps processing endlessly without completing. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application, the issue remains the same. Several of my peers who are already using the app have reported similar problems. Kindly fix this at the earliest.

Strange. While logging, it asks for pin or fingerprint, but invariably takes you to OTP option. No improvement even after repeated attempts of uninstalling/ installing. To open the App, many attempts have to be made and if only your luck favours. I have done everything I could do, but as they say, " Murghe ki wahi ek taang". Hopeless. Helpless. I don't know as to what is to be further elaborated.

After updating, it's not working . After logging in, it's not opening portfolio details. it keeps stopping. Facing issue after every update. it's taking 5-6 minutes to login after repeated PIN entry! Horrible app! Deserves Zero star. it's not working now. not logging after 10 minutes also!
