This app is very disappointing. I would not recommend installing it. Their loan follow-up team does not speak professionally. Even if you have just ₹1 pending, they will call you 15 times a day. What is even more frustrating is that they continue demanding payment even after you have already paid the late charges. Overall, they make unnecessary calls and keep harassing customers.

loan disbursal are quickly..but app not working properly..too much bug issue. when we try to open the app., it's automatically closed. so many times I update the app.. but no solution. it's tooo much of inconvenience. customer care support not be responsible. they also not support to solve the issue. they give the customer Care number..but it's not working. it automatically create the communication issues & trust issues. so kindly the management solve this issue. and give us better solution.

before giving the loan team was calling everyday 7 to 8 times in a day sir please take the loan and whe i ask them for the interest rate they said we will be giving loan 1.7 percent per month and they provide the loan when after few days i download application and check they were disbursed the loan at 3.4 percent per month. now I am trying to connect the support from the past 7 days and sending mails daily but they are not calling yet. now support team is also doing froad with their customers.
