The customer service is not good, we do not get any response, sometimes the card limit increases and sometimes it decreases automatically, I sent an email, it has been 3 to 4 days but there is no response, neither do they update their profile nor do they make the payment. Payment due is 0 but my loan is still showing balance. Even for Rs 0 payment it is showing due The card limit was Rs 25,000 but now the limit has been reduced to Home Credit does not fix the problem, solve my problem

No human assistant to help us I have been trying to connect since 2 days but no help I paid 100% of my loan and still the money got debited. very poor service. when I try to do from app it says to connect on call, when I call it says to connect via app, what is this rubbish. Nobody is actually helping I have sent multiple mails but still no reply or call from the team very lazy team and application. So stupid I will never use this for loan. Very poor service.

Very disappointed with Home Credit's customer support. I have been trying to contact customer care for the last 4–5 days, but every call goes to an automated system and the chat is handled only by a bot. I was promised a callback within 24 hours after emailing, but nobody called. My EMI is ₹4,167, yet ₹4,387 was deducted. Please explain the extra charge and cancel my Safe Play Subscription immediately. There is no option to cancel it in the app. Please resolve this issue urgently.
