Absolutely useless for serial decoding. I'm specifically trying to find the model year for my loader, which should be attached to the serial number, but JD's own app is putting "N/A" in all fields when I look it up. Absolutely mind-boggling that the dealer can find parts for it with no problem, but I can't even look up what year it is with the VIN
