Worst delivery system. My product it out for delivery since last 6 days. On contacting the support number they keep me on hold for 11-12 mins and then also didn't connect me with any executive. While contacting them on WhatsApp there also they didn't connect me with agent. I don't think you can trust them with your hard earn money. As they do not delivery plus do not respond.

I would never recommend this app to anyone, I must say Nykaa is the only trustworthy platform to buy cosmetics.I ordered a product on 14th sept nd it is supposed to be delivered on 21st sept.Today is 21st sept nd the product is still not dispatched. Also I'm not getting any updates about the order..This is the first time I ordered something from this app and this happened...I tried connecting with Customer service but they were also not responding. Worst Worst Worst App... Worst Service...!! 😡
