Some international orders require item declaration in English. However, I couldn't input items in English without the system automatically selecting the Chinese names offered in the droplist (e.g. "Sticker" would be changed to "貼紙"), unless the terms I used weren't included in its database (e.g. "Sticker Pack"). Also, it would sometimes jump back to previous page without saving any changes. Please help look into these issues to make it more user-friendly.

1. The app doesnt fully support English. Even though English is chosen as the default language, many areas of the App are still in Chinese especially the membership area its ALL in Chinese. 2. The app doesnt reveal real life situations as why a parcel might be delayed. E.g. My parcel to an EF locker was delayed because the locker was actually FULl, but the app just presented me with a preprogrammed msg saying "the recipient's location is too far and needs an extra day for delivery".
