The App won't let me add money to top off my vodafone on my Samsung S9+. I tried twice. I am trying to install it on my laptop and on Google Chrome and it won't met me do that either!! How in the world can I keep my service with Vodafone when they make it impossible to recharge and pay for the service? Vey poor app. In addition. It should allow you to choose the language in which you want to communicate to read the offers or reminders or whatever information they are trying to convey to you. VODAFONE: FIX IT! THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR APP! DO SOMETHING!

Better off going to the actual Vodafone storefront than using this app. The app rarely opens and crashes often. When it does stay open for more than two minutes its functionality is essentially limited to staring at random offers because you can't use it for anything actually useful, such as paying your bill. Lastly, it has absolutely zero support for any other language so you'd best brush up on your Italian if you want to even make it past the home screen.

It's been a bad experience from day, truly their WiFi is okay but their application and production on phone is absolutely zero, you can not just enter into the app at any time, it only function once in a month, it's as bad as you not being able to recover your credentials or register it again to control or see your consumption. It's absolutely a no for me, a capital NO.
