CMIM Connect is the innovative and essential application, dedicated to policyholders of the Moroccan Interprofessional Mutual Fund, to simplify their access to the benefits and services offered by CMIM.
In addition to being intuitive and meeting the highest standards of security and confidentiality of exchanges, CMIM Connect offers you:
A dedicated space for your profile and your rights holders, with the possibility of modifying them directly, subject to approval of the CMIM services concerned by these modifications.
A service request area: The latest technology has been put at your service to submit your service requests directly to us, whether they relate to the compliance of health and/or dental reimbursement files, requests for agreements and support, a declaration of ALD and additional files. The decisions and response documents relating to your requests for services will be available on your CMIM Connect consultation area as soon as they are available.
A space for exchange and contact: By emphasizing the connectivity and interaction of policyholders with the CMIM, you can contact the CMIM directly for all types of requests, apart from services. So you can directly make requests for information, complaints and even suggestions to help serve you better. In addition to your request message, you can attach photos of documents that you deem useful to support your request.
A consultation and traceability space: Thanks to the interconnectivity of CMIM Connect with CMIM management systems, the status and monitoring of your requests can be consulted on the application, in real time, with responsiveness reflecting the high level of the quality management system, recognized as one of the best on the market by ACAPS. Likewise, any correspondence, concerning you or your beneficiaries, issued by the CMIM, will be available in this space.
A completely paperless solution: CMIM Connect ensures the secure transfer of your documents(*), in photo format, to speed up the processing of your requests, while avoiding costly travel and long waits.
(*): In application of articles 23 and following, of law 09-08, promulgated by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of 22 Safar 1430, the CMIM implements all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee security and the confidentiality of personal data, collected and processed, and in particular, prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties, by ensuring! a level of security adapted to the risks linked to the processing and the nature data to be protected.
