About this app

Running Pace Calculator

The running pace calculator is a tool for runners that calculates pace, speed, time and splits for selected distance. Enter a distance and target time, pace or speed. The rest will be calculated for you.

You can select a distance from a set of predefined standard race distances including 10k, 10 miles, 1/2 Marathon and Marathon, or enter your own (in meters, miles or kilometres).

Distance for a split is determined based on pace. If pace is set in minutes per kilometre, 1 km splits will be used, if pace is set in minutes per mile, 1 mi splits will be used. If you run on a track or run a very long distance, or for any other reason need different split distance size, you can selected it from a list of (200m, 400m, 1km, 1mi, 5km, 5mi).

Great app, clean and easy interface. Exactly what I want to work out what pace I need to run for various distances to hit my targets. Can set a goal time, or a goal pace. Big thanks to the creators of this app. Ad free too!

Works, but is very simple. It could use more options, like personal settings. It also could use more specific times -- down to the decimal. Edit: my previous complaints have been fixed, this simple app gets the job done 👍

Hi, what would you like to see in "personal settings"? And where exactly should decimals go? Maybe I can improve in this areas. You are welcome to send your suggestions to fetshme@gmail.com. Update: If I understood everything correctly, then your suggestions are available now in the new version :)

It's just a calculator but it's implemented perfectly. The UX is clean and simple, the UI obvious. Working in mixed units is trivial and again, simple. If pressed to complain about something, I might wish for a lock feature to prevent the values from changing accidentally while being referenced mid-ultra. That and maybe a quesadilla dispenser. 😁
