It is slow in withdrawal operation. It is not an offline app implying that one cannot open it without going online. It has a low rate of return compare to other mobilemoney tranfer. But it has thesame returns on airtime transfer. It at times enable debug mode and require going out of the app just so you can disable USB debug before reconnecting to the app.

Am still using the version 3.31. U have refused to offer me an updated version for better use & transaction. Ur app is too damn slow & its not compactible with certian non french speaking countries. On a business level u guys are too slow for the year 2020. No hotline service, nor rapid response service. Extremely slow customer service. Very poorly equiped international marketers/partnership. Not even a functioning Whatsapp page aside the false propaganda marketed by ur Ceo.

The developers should inform everyone that using the app before any mentenance have to be done , from the time they will start working and when they will be done. And it should be mostly be done at night when just few people are using it
