I am Dr. Alessandra Mirarchi, Pediatric and Adult Nutritionist Biologist, I have a five-year degree in Human Nutrition and Health, I am earning a PhD in Pathology of autoimmune systems in the Department of Experimental Medicine and I have won two scholarships research in the Department of Medicine and Experimental. I have published scientific works of a global nature and continue with my constant training. Over the years I have specialized in serving in the neonatal ward and eating disorder centers, creating not only industrial-like recipes but also sensory laboratories to bring my patients to awareness. I create workshops for children who have difficulty with food, allowing them to experience childhood in a peaceful way. I also deal with pregnancy and breastfeeding.
