The developers are thieves just out to make money. I mistakenly subscribed to a report, upon realisation, I mailed them asking for a refund and cancellation of that subscription. They cancelled all my accesses and went on to tell me they have a no-refund policy. I then sent a mail asking them to at least provide one- either refund the money or at least the access which I paid for- instead I got no response and I've been unable to login to the app. Just thieves, I wish I could rate them zero

Slow responses both in the app and their email based support. Expensive subscription fee after the first week. Not worth the price. Updated: Not even a response to cancellation requests, it also tries to keep charging your credit cards. What a fraud!

Extremely generic advice and it's not even accurately guessing my age lol. I regret paying 13 dollars for this service. Absolutely ridiculous that they charge money and don't even tell you what to do exactly. Cancelling my subscription now!
