Unable to change my expired card. Everytime after authenticating new card, it defaults back to the same old expired card. Edit: Sent them a query via the app and it took a few mins for them to reply. So I had to change card on their website and only then it will be reflected on the app. +2 stars for the quick assistance.

2nd time purchasing from novelship and the experience was so bad both times. Very long lead time, lack of after sales support and no response from their customer support team as well. Took them 20 days to deliver my 1st purchase, which is longer then their promised 9-12 working days eta. My 2nd purchase was done on 17th July and its 31st July (10 working days already and it's not even shipped out yet). If you're considering purchasing from them I would suggest that you think twice.

i bought a pair of kobe crazy 8 all star.. from the very first look it is already fake.. when i brought to other sites for authenticating they confirmed it is fake.. i dont recommend this app to my friends.. it is just a waste of money..
