First time I've ever left a review of an app, but this 'updated' is so bad that it deserves it! Previous app worked great. This is almost unbearable. Slow, clunky, you make a slight change and it jumbles your basket so you have to keep re-checking the number of items and its difficult to tell if stuff has been added to the basket successfully without going through the whole list multiple times. It's as if asda want you to make mistakes and not pick up on them so your order is more expensive.

The old version of the app was fine and worked well. The updated version, which looks to be nothing more than a responsive website, is anything but responsive. Adding and removing items sometimes doesn't work, my favourites lists are now full of sponsored and non hearted items, the next page button randomly disappears, replaced with a swirly loading circle. Check out is unreliable, just took me 4 shots. If it ain't broke, don't fix it would have been a good mantra here, asda-what have you done

I don't know what's been changed recently, but it's been painfully slow to load anything. Main screen? Long load. Amending order? Long load. I'm both cases I'm not talking mere seconds, I'm talking MINUTES and in some cases INFINITY (or until I kill the app and restart, and even that is a gamble). And although this may be unrelated to the app: the text messages on the courier's progress often don't arrive until long after the delivery has been made. Defeats the point, doesn't it?
