Whether you live here, work here or play here, this free, easy-to-use app allows you to submit service requests for code violations, potholes, streetlight outages, unsafe conditions and more directly from your mobile device. Service requests are routed to the appropriate department for attention and will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified when they are resolved.

This app WAS great until you did an update few months ago, according to cities code enforcement, Android users are having crashing issues and that's the reason. How long does it take to fix it? Those of us that rely on it for Air Bnb's are not happy!

Application has not been working on my phone for a few months now. Cannot open the application. Have Uninstalled and re-installed a few times. Using Note 24 ultra.

I used this app to ask the city to fix a crooked street sign or add a trash can by the bus stop. Someone ran into the stone structure and broke it, in another street. So I had it fixed by reporting it. We are trying to get a cement speed hump on the road. Thankyou.
