It is a bit annoying that when you click "membership card", you have to click again to view it. I never want the other option, and wish it was on a separate button. To be honest, the only time I ever use the app is to scan my card, so I wish that is the first thing that popped up when the app opens, without having to click anywhere.

This app is terrible. Signed up for a membership online, and was provided a QR code good for 30 minutes and instructed to download the app to scan the code to get your membership card. Turns out that pressing the Scan a QR code button to login only opens your camera and does not actually pass the code back to the app. Like how is this supposed to work. And create an account only allows me to enter an ID from a membership card I don't have. And the company did not send any email with instructions or receipt either. We'll see what happens when I go to the club.

Frustrating. Doesn't recognize my name and password even after having them reset it at the gym. Keeps saying incorrect, and I try to reset it, says the barcode isn't right, when it clearly is when I'm on the actual website. Super annoying to go to the gym and constantly ask them to activate it to check in.
