Ordered the bed more than a month ago and received 2X faulty parts. The replacement for part 11 arrived and still faulty. I got £60 refund. No sign of part 5 yet and last I heard was on the 9th August that it was going to be sent over from France. Radio silence since then even though I have chased 3x times. Today your customer service over the phone still has no updates.

Deleting my account and removing the app from my phone. It takes a few weeks for them to process returns, and this results in holding up your money or having outstanding bills on Klarna, which stops you from making other purchases elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened with them, and it makes for a poor return experience.

App works well ,plenty of filters and usually quick to load although can lag sometimes lately. However although the app works well technically I think the website could do with a redesign ...the opening page of the app isn't very user friendly if you don't know what you want to look for.
