Ratings and reviews

Taking away a star since you did not transfer the parking pass with the ticket, and now theres6no easy way to contact anyone to ask why. Only get the runaround from your help-less bot Update: I thought I'd never had an issue with TM until I returned to complain about being stiffed for the refund I'm due since I did not get to use the parking for game 2 of the '23 NLCS. The purchase has been deleted conveniently from the TM app, but was still charged to me, so thanks for actually stealing from me

Why do I have to give even one star? I guess because you can actually buy tickets, that's worth a star. It gives horrible feedback and only the most bare minimum information. If you are trying to sell a ticket, the app won't allow you to list the ticket for less than face value. Ticketmaster will let you sell it to them for less though. Also, the ticket I've got had been listed almost a week at face value, for a sold out show, without a buyer. A complete crock.

The app never wants to keep me signed in. You also can't favorite events, just artists/teams. it makes it really hard to find events and come back to them later. If you try and go back from anywhere, it takes you back to the homepage. It's the worst app I've ever used. I would refuse to use it, but the have a monopoly on the industry and use it to abuse their customers. Edit: It's not any better.
