Great videos and organization/interface. The few minor things I find a tiny bit annoying are that 1)the timer only shows for warm-ups so you need a separate device since the exercises are per time 2)some exercises don't have instructions (there's only one I've noticed so far that has actually impacted my workout, though) 3) for me it would be nice to also mark videos as want to try and unable to do/don't like Very minor notes for an overall great app Does use a LOT of data, though, so use wifi

This is the best app I have ever installed for my health. I can breathe, walk, sleep, and work better. I am 72 years old and feel better than I did 20 years ago. The instructors are fun and compassionate. They offer lots of options for doing the exercises based on your own ability, and directions for doing the workouts safely. The classes are always fresh, showing that the instructors continue to renew their education, experience, and skills.

And it includes multiple options that make utilizing ur S.S. benefits, a snap! *Quick access to ur digital S.S. card for facility check-ins *Easily sarch for S.S. facilities and save favorite locations *Schedule and log workouts, receive reminders and even invite other S.S. members *Plus, access to numerous pre-set exercises, workouts and programs, via audio or video clips.
